The wine is made from hand-harvested grapes of the Prosecco variety, which are grown in Piedmont on the old Santero family vineyards. The basis for quality wine is filtered and cooled after pressing the grape juice. The natural method of fermentation under a controlled temperature regime enhances the natural fresh aroma. Recommended serving temperature - 6-8°C.
