A genuine fruit distillate produced in our distillery from A to Z. Quality fruit processed into kvass, a carefully monitored fermentation process from the lush fermentation beginning to the final fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. The kvass is enriched with an enzyme for yield and quality and then distilled in top-notch distillation equipment and then aged for at least a year. Our distillate has come such a long way to bottling into this exceptional product.

The soil, which is very diverse, is basically made up of hard limestone garrigues, shale soils, but also gravel brought by the Languedoc rivers. The warm and windy climate ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winter fluctuations") favors the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while keeping them cool thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which moderates the high summer temperatures. The bottle is unique with a rose-shaped bottom created by a young designer from Ecole Boulle. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of roses!

This Côte des Roses Rosé is delicate, pale and brilliant with bluish reflections that develop into shades of orange over time. The nose offers aromas of red fruits, black currants and red currants.
