This is a pure peach distillate, Fairhaven variety, from a Slovak producer. It's a less traditional spirit that's slightly sweet, with a subtle peach pit bitterness. We recommend chilling this peach wine to 16 - 18°C.

This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Art de Vivre of the Mediterranean. The soil, which is very diverse, is basically made up of hard limestone garrigues, shale soils, but also gravel brought by the Languedoc rivers. The warm and windy climate ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winter fluctuations") favors the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while keeping them cool thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which moderates the high summer temperatures. The bottle is unique with a rose-shaped bottom created by a young designer from Ecole Boulle. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of roses!

This Côte des Roses Rosé is delicate, pale and brilliant with bluish reflections that develop into shades of orange over time. The nose offers aromas of red fruits, black currants and red currants. This cuvée has a beautiful pale color with golden reflections. The aroma develops aromas of mango, dried fruit, almonds and hazelnuts, as well as citrus notes of grapefruit and orange blossom. On the palate, barrel aging brings out the aroma of vanilla, cinnamon, fresh butter and spices. The finish is characterized by minerality and good length.
