This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Art de Vivre of the Mediterranean. The soil, which is very diverse, is basically made up of hard limestone garrigues, shale soils, but also gravel brought by the Languedoc rivers. The warm and windy climate ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with moderate winter fluctuations") favors the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while keeping them cool thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which moderates the high summer temperatures. The bottle is unique with a rose-shaped bottom created by a young designer from Ecole Boulle. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of roses!

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from the best vineyards in the region. It offers notes of fresh fruity cherries, wild raspberries and spices. Pinot Noir is delicate and demanding, capable of producing red wines of great finesse. They are round, fruity wines that can be drunk young. The Mexican Aztecs called the home of their gods "Topan" and described Tequila as a "Gift from Heaven". Topanito is created in the renowned Casa Maestri distillery in the Mexican city of tequila, Jalisco, from the masterful hand of Michael Maestri. Topanito gives great importance to traditional processes that are carried out with attention to detail. Slow cooking of a part of agave hearts in brick ovens (hornos), fermentation with natural yeasts or double "single batch" distillation in modern copper stills are part of this production procedure, which allows exceptional quality and authentic agave aroma.

Our intention was to make a fresh wine from these precious fruits. Cranberries are a gift of nature and are a strong support for the immune system. Cranberries are rich in anthocyanins, carotenoids and pectin. They are also a source of vitamins A, B, and C. They clean the urinary tract and kidneys. This wine will enchant you with its salmon color and its invigorating aroma will tell you to prepare for the harmony of sweet and sour taste.
