The fruit is carefully fermented and then distilled so that the resulting distillate retains its natural fruity aroma and character. After distillation, it is aged for at least a year, thanks to which it acquires a softer, more harmonious taste with typical notes of ripe pears. It is an excellent choice for lovers of honest Slovak distillates.
