Discover a quail prepared according to a traditional recipe from the gamekeeper's lodge, where occasionally there was an opportunity to enjoy this delicacy. Quails, but also partridges, pheasants, or slugs were baked on bacon with vegetables, with wild spices. It is great served hot on vegetables, as well as cold as a delicacy with wine.

We first bake the duck legs for you until golden brown with classic cumin. The fat under the skin gradually melts and then we pour it over the legs during baking. Then we put them in glasses, two at a time, and pour the fat and the baking.

Pork pate with pistachios and dates is an honest meat delicacy that combines the delicate taste of pork and liver with crunchy pistachios and naturally sweet dates.
