Dried deer meat - a delicacy made from the finest quality wild deer leg meat, preserved with edible salt. Vacuum packing, 40 g (±10 %). 250 g of raw meat was used to produce 100 g of the product. Storage: at 0-20 °C, consume within 48 h after opening. Protect from sun and frost.

We probably don't need to describe the taste of grilled and golden-brown chicken to anyone. But imagine that we created an original pâté from such a delicacy. Discover a quail prepared according to a traditional recipe from the gamekeeper's lodge, where occasionally there was an opportunity to enjoy this delicacy. We first bake the duck legs for you until golden brown with classic cumin. The fat under the skin gradually melts and then we pour it over the legs during baking. Then we put them in glasses, two at a time, and pour the fat and the baking.
