Black nuts in vanilla syrup

So everyone knows how to bear a nut. That is, a brandy in which the green fruits of nuts are macerated. We found an old recipe for pickled nuts. The process is quite lengthy, the nuts have to be infused in water for many days until they are ready for processing, during which time they catch a dark black color. Pour them over the syrup with the addition of vanilla and other spices.

Sea buckthorn jam

Sea buckthorn is a domesticated fruit bush from the East, sometimes called the Siberian miracle. Did you know that sea buckthorn fruits contain several times more vitamin C than lemons? And not only that, they are suppressed by antioxidants and vitamins of groups B, D, E. But most interestingly - there are still enough vitamins, even after cooking on jam. We rely on fast production so that all valuable substances retain the greatest possible strength. It is suitable for yoghurts and sour milk drinks and will add an excellent taste to Linz sugar. The taste is a bit reminiscent of passion fruit.

Raspberry jam

Grandmother used to go to the forest clearing with an enamel teapot, where raspberries always grew. She pushed them into the kettle until the juice was down her throat. Cherry jam with Republica rum

The winning recipe from the Flora Jam 2018 competition by the author, Mrs. Květuš Hildebrandt. You will taste the distinctive taste of cherries, real cane rum gives them a very pleasant aroma.
