Discover a quail prepared according to a traditional recipe from the gamekeeper's lodge, where occasionally there was an opportunity to enjoy this delicacy. Quails, but also partridges, pheasants, or slugs were baked on bacon with vegetables, with wild spices. It is great served hot on vegetables, as well as cold as a delicacy with wine.

Rainbow trout, caught from the clear waters of the Jeseníky Mountains, from trout farms in our vicinity. We use only fresh trout, which we cook in steam, add a teaspoon of released butter and lightly season. This delicacy can be consumed cold with pastries or heated, with potato side dishes, vegetables and the like.

Old Bohemian stuffing baked in a cup

Traditional filling of fresh rolls, our smoked meat without speed salt, beaten eggs and vegetables. It is usually stuffed into chickens before roasting and what does not fit is baked together with the meat. During Easter, it is baked just by itself, and when the young nettle and the first spring herbs are growing, everything is chopped and added to the mixture. We baked ours right in the cup, and so such a salty cake was created. It can be easily tilted and cut into wheels like a napkin dumpling. The filling is excellent both cold and hot (to lettuce, with pickles, but also as a side dish to roast meat or grilled chicken). You can heat the filling directly in the cup in the oven to 180 ° C / 10 minutes, or in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at full power.
