Meat delicacies

Sheep have long been bred in the mountain and foothill areas of the Jeseníky Mountains. Lamb was processed mostly fresh, the most common treatment was roasting with the addition of seasonal vegetables and herbs. We have prepared this delicacy for you, which acquires a delicate aroma thanks to the liking in vegetables and spices.

We probably don't have to describe the taste of grilled and golden baked chicken to anyone. But imagine that we have created an original pate from such goodness. An excellent mixture of barbecue spices, according to our recipe, gives this pate a unique taste. Everything is supported by wine reduction, which further refines the resulting taste impression.

Delicatessen - roast rabbit, a little pork, fresh vegetables, salt and pepper. It does not contain gluten, preservatives or dyes. We use fresh rabbit meat from Czech farms.

Discover a quail prepared according to a traditional recipe from the gamekeeper's lodge, where occasionally there was an opportunity to enjoy this delicacy. Quails, but also partridges, pheasants, or slugs were baked on bacon with vegetables, with wild spices. It is great served hot on vegetables, as well as cold as a delicacy with wine.

In hunting lodges and manors, venison was relatively often on the dining table during the season. Venison is very popular for its taste even today. In old recipes, it is often combined with sweet wine. So we allowed ourselves to create a coarsely ground pate with the addition of port wine, which gives the pate an unmistakable taste.

We will first roast duck legs for you with rasca. The fat that is under the skin gradually dissolves and then water the thighs during baking. Then we put them in two cups and pour fat and baking.

A classic treatment of beef, which is distinguished by the taste of freshly crushed black pepper. Due to the specially designed sterilization, the meat is juicy with a pleasantly aromatic taste. This product does not contain gluten.

Liver pate in the farm style - a slaughterhouse coarsely ground pork liver pate, to which we add a proper portion of onion, roasted in pork ointment.

The pate is flavored with wild spices and juniper, it is easy to spread.

Traditional filling of fresh rolls, our smoked meat without speed salt, beaten eggs and vegetables. It is usually stuffed into chickens before roasting and what does not fit is baked together with the meat. During Easter, it is baked just by itself, and when the young nettle and the first spring herbs are growing, everything is chopped and added to the mixture. We baked ours right in the cup, and so such a salty cake was created. It can be easily tilted and cut into wheels like a napkin dumpling. The filling is excellent both cold and hot (to lettuce, with pickles, but also as a side dish to roast meat or grilled chicken). You can heat the filling directly in the cup in the oven to 180 ° C / 10 minutes, or in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at full power.

An original combination of delicatessen pate and Olomouc cottage cheese. We placed the well-ripe cottage cheese on a paste and baked it directly in a glass cup. There is really one whole cottage cheese in each cup, which gives the product an unmistakable, typical taste. Regional specialty, canned food.

Rainbow trout, caught from the clear waters of the Jeseníky Mountains, from trout farms in our vicinity. We use only fresh trout, which we cook in steam, add a teaspoon of released butter and lightly season. This delicacy can be consumed cold with pastries or heated, with potato side dishes, vegetables and the like.

Imagine properly seasoned portions of carp on onion, drizzled with beer liquor and all slowly roasted until the beer is almost boiled. Muscle bones, called forks, you do not have to worry, they are softened and disintegrate similarly to sardines in oil.
