Freeze-dried fruit is 100% pure fruit from which the water has been removed. It is crisply dried, retains its color, taste and up to 98% of its nutritional values, so it is almost identical to the original fruit. It is without preservatives. It can be rehydrated or consumed directly. Ideal for muesli, yogurts, sorbets, smoothies, for culinary specialties and baking.
