A very balanced, sweet Old Tom type gin containing up to 19 different herbs. The basis of this gin is Citadelle Réserve, to which is added Caribbean syrup aged in an oak barrel. Gin comes from France and belongs to the Maison Ferrand brand. The distillery managed to create a perfect partner for tonic. In 1836, as Charles Dickens wandered the bars of London, he marveled at the ingenuity with gin. The gin is aged in barrels for three to four months.

Color: Gold.

Aroma: Fresh and strong, smell juniper, orange peel and cardamom, then smell floral, jasmine, coffee.

Taste: Full and elegant, with a sweet and sour profile of lemon peel, anise and almonds, spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper.
