We cook organic Czech fruits with Indian spices, mustard seeds, ginger, add a small amount of sugar and hot peppers and ... in copper pots. We use chili peppers just right - we want the chutney to have a slightly spicy taste, but at the same time not "overpower" the taste of the meat or other delicacies that you will enjoy with it.
