Slow cooking of a part of the agave hearts in brick ovens (hornos), fermentation with natural yeasts or double "single batch" distillation in modern copper stills are part of this production process, which allows exceptional quality and authentic agave aroma

Belizean Blue Signature Blend is a 100% local rum from Belize. The entire production process, from the cultivation of sugar cane to maturation in oak barrels, takes place in this state on the coast of the Caribbean Sea.
