This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Art de Vivre of the Mediterranean. The soil, which is very diverse, is basically made up of hard limestone garrigues, shale soils, but also gravel brought by the Languedoc rivers. The warm and windy climate ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with moderate winter fluctuations") favors the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while keeping them cool thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which moderates the high summer temperatures.
