Our intention was to make a fresh wine from these precious fruits. Cranberries are a gift of nature and are a strong support for the immune system. Cranberries are rich in anthocyanins, carotenoids and pectin. They are also a source of vitamins A, B, and C. They clean the urinary tract and kidneys. This wine will enchant you with its salmon color and its invigorating aroma will tell you to prepare for the harmony of sweet and sour taste. Cuvée Black Currant & Aronia is made from a blend of black currant wine and black chokeberry wine. The harmony between the flavors of both of these wines is excellent and unique. Pinot Blanc is a genetic mutation of Pinot Gris, which is a clone of Pinot Noir. All three are among the oldest and most famous varieties. Pinot Blanc has been cultivated in French Alsace since the 14th century. Grapes for wine production come from the Central Slovak wine-growing region from the wine-growing village of Príbelce. The color of the wine is light green, the aroma is dominated by fruity notes with a touch of the scent of peaches and aromas of white flowers. A delicious fruity wine that represents a fusion of the flavors of blueberry and chokeberry. Thanks to the correct mutual ratio of the two wines, Cuvée Blueberry & Aronia was created. The wine of dark purple color is initially presented with an intense hint of freshness of blueberry, finished with a pleasant bitterness of aronia. Thanks to its advantages, our Cuvée relieves stress and has a beneficial effect on the human body. Aronia fruits have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, help the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and affect the strength and flexibility of blood vessels. The high proportion of magnesium in blueberries supports the healthy function of nerves and muscles and reduces depression. Cherry wine is undoubtedly a rare fruit wine made from dark and juicy cherries that come from our region. The precise method of their production guarantees the exclusive taste of this fruit. The wine has a beautiful red to ruby ​​color reminiscent of port wine. The penetrating aroma of sour cherries in the wine is accompanied by the reverberation of dark chocolate and lightly roasted coffee. Just as little is known about the origin of the Sauvignon variety as all other "old" varieties. The latest analyzes point to the fact that he could be a direct descendant of Tramín. The grapes for wine production come from the Central Slovak wine-growing region from the wine-growing village: Veľký Krtíš and the wine-growing estate Pod Klinkovicou. At first glance, you will be surprised by the subtle color intensity with green highlights. The taste is highlighted by fresh acidity and white vineyard peach, passing into herbal notes of nettle. As a result of the change in climatic conditions, Riesling Vlachský becomes one of the most distinctive white varieties in our conditions. The grapes from which this excellent wine was made come from the wine-growing village of Príbelce z hon Némethova. It was harvested exclusively by hand, we took care of the pure expression of the wine during the entire maturation period, which took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a light green color. The fruity aroma has notes of citrus fruits, gooseberries and linden flowers. The taste of the wine is full, at the same time very fresh with sweet honey notes. This rosé wine is made from Frankovka blue, Zweigeltrebe and Svätovavrinecké varieties. The main mission of this category is refreshment during the summer season. The grapes for wine production come from the Central Slovak wine-growing region from the wine-growing estates of the village of Bušince. The color of the wine resembles onion skin. The aroma is dominated by notes of raspberry and strawberry. The fresh, harmonious taste has the characteristics of the varieties used in production. The wine is delicious, harmonious with balanced tannins. We recommend it for delicate preparations of white and dark meat dishes. It is excellent as an aperitif or to make sitting more pleasant. Frankovka blue is an old variety whose origin is unknown. From our region, frankovkas belong to the highest quality Slovak red wines. It is one of the later ripening varieties, we usually harvest it at the end of October. Grapes for wine production come from the Central Slovak wine-growing region from the wine-growing village of Čebovce. The color of the wine is deep ruby ​​red with bluish tones around the edge. The aroma is dominated by distinct notes of sour cherries, berries and black pepper. The taste is distinctive with a rich composition of tannins and spices. This branded varietal wine is made from Frankovka blue, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir varieties. The grapes come from the Central Slovak wine-growing region.
