Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2024 from Misty Cove Winery is a fresh white wine from New Zealand's Marlborough region, known for its distinctive and aromatic Sauvignons. It has a light yellow color with greenish reflections and an intense fruity expression. The aroma and taste are dominated by notes of lime, passion fruit, kiwi, apricot, apple, gooseberry and mango. The taste is dry, juicy and fresh, with lively acidity and a pleasantly fruity finish. It goes well as an aperitif, with fish, seafood, salads, goat cheese and light Asian dishes.
