Goose pâté with foie gras and truffle – our most luxurious pâté, which we worked on for almost a year. During the development, 35 trial versions were created, and the 36th recipe brought a perfectly balanced taste, delicate consistency and distinctive aroma. In each glass you will find a generous portion of goose meat, supplemented with foie gras, finely grated black truffle, a drop of cognac, white wine and selected spices.
