Tuscan semolina pasta Fusilli made from 100% organic durum wheat from farms in Tuscany. They are made using the traditional method of pressing the dough of semolina and water through bronze molds, which gives them a firm structure, keeps their shape well and absorbs sauces perfectly. They go great with pesto, tomato sauces, vegetables, cheeses or as the basis for a quick Italian meal.
