Our onion chutney contains finely chopped onion strips stewed in a mixture of red wine, apple cider vinegar and honest caramel. A mixture of black pepper and herbs gives it a spicy taste. This onion "marmalade" is excellent with grilled meats, hamburgers and sharp cheeses.

Ingredients: onion 56%, sugar, red wine 12% (contains sulphites), apple cider vinegar, salt, butter, pepper.
