Bruno Riesling Trocken 2023 from the Weingut Karthäuserhof V.D.P. winery is a dry white wine from the German Mosel region, made from the Riesling variety. It combines the typical freshness of Riesling, the mineral character of slate soils and the elegance of the Mosel terroir. The aroma and taste reveal citrus, green apple, fine minerality and lively acidity, which gives the wine energy and excellent drinkability. It is perfect as an aperitif, with fish, seafood, Asian cuisine and light vegetable dishes.
