The Monte Heritage Series cast iron frying pan is made of solid cast iron and coated with enamel. The pan has a sturdy handle that ensures safe and comfortable use. The interior of the pan is coated with black enamel, which features a slightly thicker surface with larger pores. However, these will fill with oil over time, creating a non-stick patina similar to raw cast iron.
