Raspberry jam
Grandmother used to go to the forest clearing with an enamel teapot, where raspberries always grew. She pushed them into the kettle until the juice was down her throat. Duck legs baked in their own fat
We first bake the duck legs for you until golden brown with classic cumin. The fat under the skin gradually melts and then we pour it over the legs during baking. Then we put them in glasses, two at a time, and pour the fat and the baking.
