It has a greenish color and intense aromas with tones of white elderberry, nettle and a subtle hint of peach. The taste is dry, juicy and pleasantly fresh, with beautiful acidity and a light fruit-herbal character. It goes well as an aperitif, with fish, poultry, salads, goat cheese and light vegetable dishes.
