Product description Trstianske chorizo
Trstianske chorizo – an honest dried delicacy made from 52% pork, 30% venison and 15% beef of Slovak origin. Dried for 21 days, flavoured with natural flavours, spices and plant extracts. Up to 150 g of meat was used to produce 100 g of the product, which gives it a full flavour, distinctive character and a slightly spicy profile. Vacuum packed. The real taste of nature from Slovakia.
Storage: 0 – 20 °C. After opening, consume within 96 hours.
Ingredients: pork 52%, venison leg 30%, beef 15%, edible salt, plant extracts, natural flavours, spices, starter culture, dextrose
