Embossed weaving is a technique that creates a distinctive relief (3D) effect in the fabric. The motif is formed directly within the terry structure and visually as well as tactually stands out from the surface of the towel. The result is an original, premium look and subtle yet highly effective branding.

The design is not added afterwards but is woven directly during production. Different loop heights create the embossed effect, which remains clearly visible even without contrasting colours. The towel keeps a uniform base colour.

Embossed weaving is ideal for simple logos, symbols or lettering, where the material structure itself becomes the main design feature. Production uses both single (“walk”) and double (“twisted”) terry loops, depending on the selected weight and design.

As this is a made-to-order product, the delivery time is approximately 8 weeks. The technology is particularly suitable for larger quantities.
