Spruce syrup from young shoots – a natural syrup with a delicate resinous taste and a fresh forest aroma. We prepare it in the traditional way – we layer freshly picked spruce shoots with sugar, which gradually extracts the juice from them. The resulting syrup is then filtered and seasoned with lemon juice. It is especially popular on cold days. You can drink it by the spoonful or add it to hot tea instead of honey. It is also great for making homemade lemonade, mixed drinks or as an unconventional sweetener for desserts, yogurt or baked fruit.

Ingredients: natural extract from spruce shoots (Picea abies), sugar, water.
