The traditional smoking process is demanding and takes several hours. First, cashew nuts and almonds are put in a brine, then the wood is prepared, the smokehouse is heated and then several hours of smoking under precisely defined conditions. High-quality smoking is the result of years of testing and practice. After smoking, the nuts acquire a beautiful color and a subtle smoky flavor - a delicacy for true gourmets. In this smokehouse mix you will find only three ingredients - sweet cashew nuts of size WW320, royal almonds of the Nonpareil variety and sea salt. Real smoked nuts do not need any more ingredients.
