Pinot Blanc is a genetic mutation of Pinot Gris, which is a clone of Pinot Noir. All three are among the oldest and most famous varieties. Pinot Blanc has been cultivated in French Alsace since the 14th century. Grapes for wine production come from the Central Slovak wine-growing region from the wine-growing village of Príbelce. The color of the wine is light green, the aroma is dominated by fruity notes with a touch of the scent of peaches and aromas of white flowers. The taste of the wine is full, spicy, accentuated by spicy acids. The wine goes well with freshwater fish, white meat, soft veal specialties, soft cheeses and vegetable dishes. Serving temperature 10-12°C. Year: 2021. Origin: Slovakia. Volume: 0.75 l. Possibility of own label.
