Frankovka blue is an old variety whose origin is unknown. From our region, frankovkas belong to the highest quality Slovak red wines. It is one of the later ripening varieties, we usually harvest it at the end of October. Grapes for wine production come from the Central Slovak wine-growing region from the wine-growing village of Čebovce. The color of the wine is deep ruby ​​red with bluish tones around the edge. The aroma is dominated by distinct notes of sour cherries, berries and black pepper. The taste is distinctive with a rich composition of tannins and spices. We recommend serving with roasted game meat, roasted duck, goulash or cured meats. Serving temperature 15-18°C. Year: 2022. Origin: Slovakia. Volume: 0.75 l. Possibility of own label.
