Varianty produktu Himalayan pink salt coarse 200 g
Product description Himalayan pink salt coarse 200 g
Himalayan salt comes from the Pakistani province of Punjab and is a natural substance of unique salt crystals that the body can easily use. Pink salt, also known as "pink gold", has a delicate taste and can also be used as a bath salt. It gets its pink color from its iron oxide content. Himalayan salt is a rock salt, but it differs from ordinary salt in its origin. It is mined from a fossil deposit that is approximately 250 million years old, located in Pakistan and is one of the largest in the world. Thanks to the traditional method of mining in whole pieces and gentle processing - washing, drying in the sun, sorting and crushing - it retains its natural character. Unlike refined salt, it does not come into contact with chemical cleaning or added substances (such as iodine) during processing. The uniqueness of Himalayan salt lies in its age. The site of today's mining was once a primeval ocean, so its purity has not been affected by modern human activity, as is the case with today's seas and oceans.
Uses: Pink salt has a milder taste compared to Himalayan black salt. Its typical pink crystals give any dish an interesting final effect and is suitable for both hot and cold cuisine.
You can also use pink salt as a bath salt.
