Genuine ground Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar is made exclusively from high-quality vanilla beans without added sugar, flavourings or maltodextrin. It comes from the protected area of ​​Manambato, where vanilla has been grown in the traditional way for generations. It has an intense sweet aroma, a high vanillin content of 1.8–2% and a fine grind, which makes it easy to use in baking and cooking. A small amount is enough and desserts, creams, biscuits, porridges or hot drinks will gain a distinct genuine vanilla flavour. Vanilla is also excellent in savoury recipes. It will perfectly complement vanilla salt, grilled fruit, seafood or slow-roasted meat.
