The Origin of CHIPOTLE BOMB We blended CHIPOTLE BOMB for everyone who likes strong grilling flavors and a subtle heat. The base is smoked Mexican chipotle chili from jalapeño peppers, which are traditionally smoked over wood for several days. We added wild citrus Maqaw pepper from northern Vietnam, black pepper from Madagascar, roasted onions, garlic and smoked sea salt to the mixture. The result is a barbecue mixture with a smoky, slightly sweet and fresh citrus flavor that goes great with meat, vegetables and fish.

How does CHIPOTLE BOMB taste? The flavor is full, smoky and spicy. First you will smell the smoked chipotle and roasted onions, later the subtle citrus freshness of the Maqaw pepper and the pleasant heat of the jalapeño chili. The mixture is coarsely ground so that all ingredients retain their aroma even when grilled.

It is excellent for beef, chicken wings, burgers, tacos, grilled vegetables or baked potatoes.
