Vietnamese cinnamon adds sweetness and depth, Sri Lankan cloves intensity, star anise a delicate sweet aroma and green cardamom freshness. Everything is freshly ground and hand-mixed so that the individual flavors form a perfectly balanced whole.

How does gingerbread spice taste? The taste is warm, sweet-spicy and beautifully aromatic. The dominant notes are cinnamon, cloves and star anise, complemented by the delicate citrus freshness of cardamom and the warmth of ginger. The blend is distinctive, yet harmonious and delicate.
