Freeze-dried fruit is 100% pure fruit from which the water has been removed. It is crisply dried, retains its color, taste and up to 98% of its nutritional values, so it is almost identical to the original fruit. It is without preservatives. It can be rehydrated or consumed directly. Ideal for muesli, yogurts, sorbets, smoothies, for culinary specialties and baking.

Strawberries are hand-picked in the forest in places where they grow naturally and as ecologically as possible. Compared to cultivated strawberries, which can be found on store shelves, wild strawberries are unique in that they have a much higher content of vitamin C and also a several times higher content of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus. All these ingredients are important for building strong immunity at any age.

Each 100g of freeze-dried fruit is made from 800g to 1kg of fresh fruit.

Composition: 100% wild strawberry dehydrated by the lyophilization process (freeze drying process).
