It warns you that you have been sitting on your chair too long and you need to stretch your leg, it allows remote control of the camera in your mobile phone. It is connected to your smartphone or iPhone via Bluetooth, where you can select the basic settings in an application and synchronisation allows you to check important data in your mobile phone as well.
