Quality fruit processed into kvass, a carefully monitored fermentation process from the lush fermentation beginning to the final fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. The kvass is enriched with an enzyme for yield and quality and then distilled in top-notch distillation equipment and then aged for at least a year. Our distillate has come such a long way to bottling into this exceptional product.
