An unusual fruit jam made from dogwood berries that grow on warmer slopes and edges of groves. The small crimson-red berries stand out with a distinctive aroma and a pleasantly sour taste, which gives the jam a unique character. The taste is reminiscent of raspberry jam, but with a slightly more sour and slightly bitter aftertaste. It goes great with desserts - try it with cocoa zucchini cake with yogurt or for gluing Christmas cookies, such as Linz or walnut pastries.

Ingredients: dogwood berries (Cornus mas), sugar, gelling agent - pectin.
