6-panel baseball cap made from recycled PET (RPET), featuring a medium profile and a contrasting sandwich visor. Its structured yet flexible construction maintains its shape and includes ventilation eyelets, a sweatband and an adjustable closure. The cap can be customised with a choice of colours and your own logo or design.

• Material: recycled PET (RPET), 205 g/m²

• Design: 6 panels, medium profile, pre-curved sandwich visor

• Colours: choice of colours for individual panels and the sandwich visor insert from standard colours or Pantone (PMS) shades

• Ventilation eyelets and stitching: matching or contrasting colours

• Decoration options: 2D and 3D embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, woven or sublimated patch

• Decoration positions: front panel, sides, back, visor, sandwich visor insert, closure, sweatband or inner seams (depending on the selected technique)

• Closure: hook-and-loop fastening or a choice of buckle types, including metal, glossy, matt, embossed and engraved options
