Product description Currant jam

Honest red currant fruit jam with a refreshing sour taste, a high fruit content and pieces of whole currants. It is great for fresh pastries, pancakes, yogurt, desserts and for baking cakes or traditional Linz cookies. Thanks to its strong currant flavor, it beautifully balances sweet doughs, creams and butter pastries. It is prepared without added preservatives and artificial colors, in a practical glass package suitable for home use.

Ingredients: red currant 62%, sugar 38%. 110 g of fruit was used per 100 g of product. The total sugar content is at least 60 g per 100 g of product.
