This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Art de Vivre of the Mediterranean. The soil, which is very diverse, is basically made up of hard limestone garrigues, shale soils, but also gravel brought by the Languedoc rivers. The warm and windy climate ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winter fluctuations") favors the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while keeping them cool thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which moderates the high summer temperatures. The bottle is unique with a rose-shaped bottom created by a young designer from Ecole Boulle. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of roses!

This Côte des Roses Rosé is delicate, pale and brilliant with bluish reflections that develop into shades of orange over time. The nose offers aromas of red fruits, black currants and red currants. Floral tones of rose and citrus, grapefruit complete the palette. The finish is fresh with fruity notes. The taste is fresh, smooth, with great aromatic persistence and fine balance.
