This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Art de Vivre of the Mediterranean. The soil, which is very diverse, is basically made up of hard limestone garrigues, shale soils, but also gravel brought by the Languedoc rivers. The warm and windy climate ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with moderate winter fluctuations") favors the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while keeping them cool thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which moderates the high summer temperatures. The bottle is unique with a rose-shaped bottom created by a young designer from Ecole Boulle. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of roses!

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from the best vineyards in the region. It offers notes of fresh fruity cherries, wild raspberries and spices. Pinot Noir is delicate and demanding, capable of producing red wines of great finesse. They are round, fruity wines that can be drunk young. On the palate, it offers a velvety texture of silky tannins and an elegant, well-balanced finish.
