Riesling 2024 Jasová from the Martin Pomfy winery is a dry white wine from the village of Jasová, from the Molnárov vineyard. It is a cuvée based on Riesling, which combines freshness, mineral character and elegant fruitiness. The aroma and taste can reveal notes of citrus, green apple, delicate florality and pleasant acidity. The taste is dry, fresh and harmonious, with a clean finish and excellent drinkability. It is suitable as an aperitif, with fish, poultry, salads, light vegetable dishes and Asian cuisine.
